The Indonesian plant also produces tea sacks in 25kg and 50kg sizes, widely used for transporting tea leaves around the world.

A simple method of classifying sacks is shown below:

- Sewn bottom
- SOS bottom
- Block bottom
- Pinch bottom

WHAT IS A MULTI WALL SACK?

Multi Wall sacks are large paper bags, constructed from more than one ply.

Sacks are generally used in industrial applications and the bag construction is dependent on the intended purpose and strength required.

If water resistance is needed then a light poly film is added. The outer ply is usually printed to customer needs.

Printing can vary from one colour on Brown Kraft to six colours on Bleached or Coated Kraft.
